「Behavioral and neurochemical characterization of mice deficient in the N-type Ca2+ channel alpha1B subunit」（査読有）

We investigated neuronal functions in mice lacking the alpha1B (Cav2.2)  subunit of the N-type calcium channels. Cav2.2-/- mice exhibited several behavioral changes and decreases in baseline levels of dopamine and serotonin compared to wild-type mice. （N型カルシウムチャネルのalpha1Bサブユニットをノックアウトした遺伝子組み換えマウスを用いて行動観察を行ったところ、各種行動変化がみられ、脳内ドパミン及びセロトニン濃度はコントロールよりも低下していることを明らかにした。）
