The injection of serotonin 5-HT(2A/2C) receptor agonist (DOI) into olfactorybulbectomy (OBX) mice caused a significant enhancement of the head-twitch response (HTR) when compared with the sham group. Chronic but not acute treatment with fluvoxamine suppressed the enhancement of DOI-induced HTR after OBX.
