The injection of serotonin 5-HT(2A/2C) receptor agonist (DOI) into olfactorybulbectomy (OBX) mice caused a significant enhancement of the head-twitch response (HTR) when compared with the sham group. Chronic but not acute treatment with fluvoxamine suppressed the enhancement of DOI-induced HTR after OBX. （セロトニン5-HT(2A/2C)アゴニストは嗅球摘出マウスの首振り行動（HTR）を増悪させ、HTRはフルボキサミン慢性投与により抑制された。）
