We performed meta-analysis using a random effects model to investigate the effectiveness of the individual and group intervention studies and to compare the effectiveness of these two types. The results suggested that both individual and gropu interventions showed significant effects compared to the control condition on ' reciprocity of social interaction towards ohters`. Only individual interventions showed significant effects on `parental synchrony`. our results showed no significant differences between individual and group interventions in effects on `autism general symptoms`, `developmental quotient` ,` reciprocity of social interaction towards others`, or `adaptive behaviour`.
(これまで数多くの早期療育プログラムが開発・実践されているが、どの療育プログラムを選択すべきかについては、明らかなエビデンスがない。本研究では、自閉スペクトラム症の早期療育のプログラムによる効果の違いを検証することを目的とし、メタアナリシスの手法を用いて、個別的介入とグループ介入の間の差を比較した。その結果、個別でもグループ介入でも対人相互交流においては有意な効果が見られた。一方、個別介入のみ親の児への反応性の項目において効果を認めた。）
