「Continuous recording of autonomic nervous activity at nighttime effectively explains subjective sleep reports in postmenopausal women」

Cardiac autonomic nervous activity during nocturnal sleep was assessed in menopausal women. Spectral analysis of ECG R-R intervals revealed that the power of high frequency component, which is the index of vagal activity, was correlated with subjective refreshness at rising.  (閉経後女性を対象に睡眠中の心臓自律神経活動を心電図R-R間隔の変動周波数解析から評価し、副交感神経活動の指標である高周波成分のパワー値が、起床時の疲労回復感と相関関係にあることを認めた。)
