「Intravenous pamidronate prevents femoral bone loss and renal stone formation during 90-day bed rest」

The objectives of this study are to compare the effects of pamidronate with resistive exercise on bone mineral density and renal stone formation during prolonged bed rest. Inhibition of bone resorption by pamidronate could preserve bone mineral and reduce the risk of renal stone formation. (長期ベッドレスト中の骨密度に及ぼす抵抗運動と薬剤（パミドロネート）の影響を比較した。薬剤は骨吸収を抑制し、骨塩量の維持と腎結石リスクの低減が期待できる。)
