In recent years, the orthosis in the carbon products is in circulation. However, the energy accumulation for the push off it is necessary to deform the orthosis in the dorsiflexion direction by the lower leg forward. But, it is true that stroke patients have weak muscular strength and are not capable of deforming their orthotics in the dorsiflexion direction. The purpose of this study is to develop an orthotic that supports the heel elevation in the single leg support phase for stroke patients with an energy accumulation mechanism in the foot MP joint.
