We surveyed and analyzed socio-economic aspects of victims of Agent Orange (AO) that was used by the U.S. military during the Vietnam War. The survey was conducted in Thanh Hoa province, northern part of Vietnam. This paper is in the fourth sequel of the Country Report Vietnam series, published in English and Vietnamese.
